Harmonyhub - hue scene - NumberFormatException

I have a Harmony Elite connected to a Harmony Hub. When I use the “Home Control” buttons on the Elite to select a Hue scene, the harmony Hub goes offline and I get the following Exception in the log:

'harmonyhub:hub:LivingRoom' changed from ONLINE to OFFLINE (COMMUNICATION_ERROR): Could not connect: java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "hueScene-ifn0JQ6XtpD9s9r"

This happens with all hue scenes.
The connection recovers after a minute and the Hub comes back online.

I wonder if that problem is caused by my setup or if it is a problem in the binding.

Best regards,

Check addons.config for invalid addons. restdocs moved from misc to ui and yahooweather is now invalid.
As a secondary check, look in addons.cfg but most people have everything commented out.
An invalid addon causes the loader to reload all addons every minute, trying to load the invalid ones.

EDIT: All of the above assumes you are running the latest stable 2.5. You do not state what version you are running.

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for your reply, but that is not the issue here. My system is running fine and without problems. I just get the exception when selecting a hue scene on the harmony hub.

HI @mstehle can you open a ticket over at https://github.com/openhab/openhab-addons/issues for this? It sounds like the HUB is reporting home control device button presses or scene activations and we do not know how to handle this.

Hi @digitaldan,

Sure, will do this tomorrow. Thanks for your reply.
