Having trouble flashing my NodeMCU ESP 8266 12E

Hello,

I wanted to build myself a Ferraris module similar like this. But I’m having trouble flashing my NodeMCU I have no Idea what I’m doing wrong I followed several Tutorials but nothing helps… I am getting this error in both ESPeasy and Arduino:
warning: espcomm_sync failed error: espcomm_open failed error: espcomm_upload_mem failed error: espcomm_upload_mem failed

does someone have an idea what is wrong? or is my device broken?
