Help in Conbee configuration

Hi!

I really need your help in the Conbee usb configuration. I have everything installed in a Raspberry with a Conbeen USB (i have installed the Dconz software/drivers) but i cannot integrate it:

and then is allways:

Status: OFFLINE - CONFIGURATION_PENDING Allow authentification for 3rd party apps. Trying again in 10 seconds

I already opened the api to open the network etc etc but nothing helps…

You could try to remove the thing, open the gateway and then add the thing again. I think it was something like that which worked for me.
