Hi,

Is there anybody who have tested an android based video station (DS-KH9510-WTE1 | Pro Series | Hikvision) with the android openHAB application ?

if this Android isn’t modified too much, the app should run on it.

Hi,
It seems that it is a modified version of Android and only 2 apps are allowed to be installed.
So, there is a risk that the OpenHAB android app does not work…

I have DS-KH9310-WTE1(B) 7" version and openHAB_2.23.0.apk works ok with my OH3 setup. A bit sluggish, but for some basic tasks sufficient.

Btw. it’s possible to run native android on the station (have not tested that).

Thanks for letting me know. If I can get a good price for a DS-KH9310-WTE1, I’ll replace the current one that’s not android based.
