HMI Design Software

Hi All.
It might be out of Openhab setup.
i want to create a watering system that will be on a raspberry pi. but will be interfacet to openhab via mqtt.
but i want to create a hmi for it to run it in local mode. for the older folks in the family so they can manually also use the equipment. and monitor the water tanks.

Is there software that could be suggested to use ?

I actually found something that works with mqtt and has a nice industrial feel to it as well.
