HmIP-WRC6 stopped working OH 4.3.3

I realized the Homemaric IP HmIP-WRC6 stopped working on OH 4.3.3 (maybe even some versions before). In homematic ip (ccu3) I see the last event but nothing logged within OH.

How can I help finding out the problem?
