Homekit can not be integrated after moving to a new server

I moved the OH 4.1.1 to a new server.
all worked fine except Homekit, no reaction when changing an Item on/off.
I deleted the Home from Homekit and deleted the homekit add-on in OH.
I deleted also the Homekit app.

I reinstalled the homekit add-on and the app on Iphone. When scanning the QR code I receive the message that the Device balongs to another home and I have to reset it according to the providers instructions which is OH.

Any Idea or advice?

Thanks. I did not read far down enough. After heaving cleared the pairing with command “openhab:homekit clearPairings” all worked fine again.
