I had Homekit Integration working stable for years now. After a change of my router hardware, I had to set up Homekit connection completely, which worked for some days. Now I got a strange issue. At my iPhone, I don’t get a reaction of all the Homekit devices connected via openhab Homekit integration, but my Homepods still can reach it and handle all commands.
What I tried so far is restarting Homekit App and iPhone, Openhab itself, I also tried to switch mDNS on, which, after some waiting also shut off the connection to the Homepods, and it got it back directly after switching it off again.
I also installed the Discovery App and with mDNS off, I find the openHAB entry with the correct IP adress in the _hap_tcp.
So my assumption would be, that it is an iOS issue, but what can I do?
I use openhab 4.2 and iOS version 17.6
To make it more complicated, the mobile phone of my wife, which is the master of the homekit home is working fine. Mine is working sometimes, but most often not. Last time it worked it was shortly after she used the app, but some time later it went back to “no reaction”
Does anyone have any ideas what I can try?
