I’ve, generally, got the HomeKit Add-On working with a few dimmer lights and a switchable outlet. However, my ceiling fan controller doesn’t seem to show up.
That means I have Dimmers tagged with Lighting, and a Switch tagged with Switchable working, but a Dimmer tagged with Switchable (for the fan) doesn’t seem to be working. (I’m guessing here that the issue lies somewhere in the combination of type and tag…)
My reading of the documentation (http://docs.openhab.org/addons/io/homekit/readme.html) indicates to me that it should work, and I’ve not ferreted out an issue in GitHub that seems related.
Anybody out there have any success with this sort of configuration? Maybe some guidance on how I can diagnose further?
