Homematic cannot connect after router change

I had to replace my router because it stopped working and I am now using a pretty old router, the fritz box 7050 which I also owned.

Since then, I cannot connect to the homematic binding anymore.

in cfg file I have changed to the new ip of the CCU because the router signed a new IP.
Also in the CCU2 firewall, I have allowed full access.
it also seems to load the homematic variables but when it tries to connect via BinRpcRequest, I am receiving Time out Error.

Windows created a public network, after it saw the new router!
