Honeywell TH6320ZW2003 "unknown device"

Hi folks,

New user here, and having trouble adding two Honeywell T6 Pro Z-Wave thermostats to my setup.

They’re seemingly supported by the Z-Wave binding:

TH6320ZW T6 Pro Z-Wave Programmable Thermostat

…but the UI reports “Thing Type: Unknown device” and “Z-Wave Node 00N (0039:0011:0008:1.3)”.

I’m not sure if this is a “wait a few days” thing, or if the database is missing this particular hardware revision, or something else entirely?

Base platform is Debian, running the official repo packages:

ii openhab 3.2.0-1 all openhab
ii openhab-addons 3.2.0-1 all openhab-addons

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

/var/lib/openhab/zwave contains three generated XML files for the two thermostats and the controller (ACC-UZB3-U-STA); one of the thermostats as an example:
