How apply for opening an old thread on the forum?

@moderators is there a way apply for re-opening a closed thread?

I started this thread for it to be a place for discussin frugal use of OpenHAB and the money saved. Unfortunately the thread got closed while waiting for the next electricity bill. Is there a way to re-open it?
