I have faced the issue on my system hard drive of the Dell laptop and the hard drive is now corrupted and I have to fix that. The screen is showing the Dell error code 2000-0142 when I open the laptop. I do not know what to do to fix that. The replacement of the drive can be a solution?

You’ll have better luck trying the dell support.
If your hard drive is corrupted you’ll need to replace it.
Data on it maybe retrieved. There are service to do that or go to your local PC/Laptop repair shop.
A quick Google search will help.
