How to capture a command from Alexa binding

I can get the string of the last command, but Alexa herself answers that she didn’t understand the command.

Community, I have a working solution for voice controlling my smart home using a String Item that is updated with the sentence I have spoken. In the past I have done this using a Google Home device with IFTTT Integration.
