How to change classic UI CSS

i’m want to change fonts and direction of the UI and few styles. When its run the UI we’ll see the render.css. but my question is, how i can change the UI ?

Short of changing the binding code or creating a GreaseMonkey script I know of no way to change ClassicUI or BasicUI in that way.

HABPanel is a lot more flexible to that sort of change though.
