How to export/import OpenHab setting

I all, is there any way to export and then import OpenHab setting from a machine to another one? I mean everything needed for the setup, such as items, rules, sitemaps, bindings, things,…everything.

I installed OpenHabian in a Ubuntu PC and I want to move to another PC.
