How to get rid of "live" sliders on basicUI

Hello,

I prefer my sliders on my sitemap to only send a new value when I let go of them, rather than sending a bunch of values as I am actually moving the slider. I thought there used to be a setting somewhere that allowed for a choice in this behavior but I cannot seem to find it, nor can I seem to find the correct search terms to find it in google. Can anyone point me to the correct setting? I’m running 4.3 on RPI openhabian.

  • releaseOnly: If specified, the new value is only sent on releasing the slider. Otherwise values are sent while sliding.

Thanks for the quick reply. This is perfect. I had thought there was a global setting for this somewhere, but I can go edit my sitemap. Thanks!

This setting only applies to the app and unfortunately doesn’t have an equivalent that I can find for viewing the sitemap on the webbrowser.
