How to Install openHAB Cloud Connector?

I am trying to install the openHAB Cloud Connector in openHAB version 4.1.1 following the instructions here: openHAB Cloud Connector - System Integrations | openHAB
However, there is no Misc entry in the Add-ons Settings section. I got the same results installing on a Raspberry Pi 3 and a Linux x86-64 box. Are the instructions outdated?
