I want to use oh:repeater. There are several exciting examples in A couple of simple oh-repeater examples.
But where to start? Can i create this with the gui?
See Pages - Custom Widgets | openHAB for how to create a custom widget. Once created it will show up in that list you show there.
Also look at the marketplace. Many widgets (including the ones in that oh-repeater posting) can be just installed and used from there.
