HTTP BINDING 3.0.1 on Openhab 3 and Word Clock

Hi, i use the HTTP BINDING 3.0.1 on Openhab 3, but my URL Word Clock doesn’t work:

The ON / OFF command is via GET: http://192.168.1.214/?action=poweron and http://192.168.1.214/?action=poweroff. When I enter it in a browser it works.

But it dosen’t work in Openhab. Here is my Config Binding:

But doesn’t work
