It appears that every time I use OH to control my Hue lights, those lights become “Unreachable” in the Hue app. I noticed this when trying to use Google Home to turn the lights on and off, as GH will report that some of the lights are unreachable (and they’re always the lights I previously turned on or off with OH). Restarting OH solves the problem until the next time it controls a light, so it would appear the binding is locking out or changing something other than just the state of the bulb…
