iCloud binding always "finds" the same devices (appearing in Inbox)

I’m curious why my Apple devices are found again several times after I added them. I think this is due to new IDs like

icloud:device:sdhfkjskhfskj:nsdkjfhkdsjh

But why is this the case and how can I avoid that?
