Has anybody gotten 2 iCloud accounts to go online with the latest 5.2.3? One of mine goes online just fine, but the other one always gives the 403 error. They both used to work a few versions ago, but not anymore.
Had the same 403 issue today, but with a single account. Apple blocked my account for openHAB for unknown reason. Looked into the OH log and found a recommendation to unlock my account using https://iforgot.apple.com. This worked out and after that everything went “Online” again.
Thats it - first time since many months that my account is online again 
Is it fixed with 5.2.2?

could you verify that your success was not simply related to “faffing around” with the binding while making the switch to the posted development version?
On 5.2.1 I always got error 401.
After switching to your fix iCloud binding, authentication problem - #260 by sebastian-h I got error 409.
The solution for this is iCloud binding, authentication problem - #250 by derSchweiger
Now I updated to 5.2.2 and this still works well with your fix.
hm, remarkable. i still run that snapshot on 5.2.3
Using that snapshot and I still get the error:
CONFIGURATION_ERROR
Request https://idmsa.apple.com/appleauth/auth/signin/complete?isRememberMeEnabled=true failed with 403.
I believe that you need to unlock your account as i described above. No need to change your password. I had to do this twice after a OH restart. But not everytime i restart OH. Apple seems to detect OH sometimes as undesired bot and blocks it then.
I still run the integrated iCloud binding on OH 5.3.0.M3. The dev build of @sebastian-h didn’t help for the 403 error.
