Hi Lukas, i cant install the Add on

Installation of add-on marketplace:149990 failed

Hello Simon, I had to reclaim disk space on the VPS server I used, so many of JAR files I did as experimentation, were removed. Please give me couple of days (evenings) to get artifacts back into repository.connectorio.cloud where I have no constraints on disk usage.

Cheers,
Łukasz

Hi Lukasz, no problem i have an issue that after several reboots, the addons like yours are not installed any more. This was the reason i got in this issue.

Many thanks for this addon!

Simon

Hello…how can I use it in the main ui or in widgets?

There is no need to, MainUI/Widgets already support Iconify icons.

While they are supported, they are not embedded within openHAB which is what this addon does. It simply provides subset of icons for offline use. As far I know official support within web user interfaces is not offline and requires internet access on the browser side, effectively exposing user requesting icon to third party service, at least for first use of each and every icon.
I can understand this caveat as addon I did is 28 mb alone, adding such weight to distro could be too much. A cure for these who are more concerned about privacy rather than storage, is this addon.
So please, be aware that while OH UI supports iconify icons, it does not provide the same functionality as this addon.

I have found a bug coming from CI/CD environment: Deployed iconify addon misses actual icons · Issue #101 · ConnectorIO/connectorio-addons · GitHub, which I am going to fix. This means that addon will be part of pipeline which is executed on some regular basis and deployed to repository.connectorio.cloud with all other third party artifacts provided by ConnectorIO.

Cheers,
Łukasz

Took me a bit longer, but it is resolved now. Please give it a try.
