Icons no longer shown on Apple Watch after replacing Watch

Hi,
after replacing the old Apple Watch with an Ultra 2 the Icons are no longer shown.

Anyone an idea?

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Apple Watch Ultra 2 (WatchOS 10.2)

  • Version 4.1.0

I have the same issue, any update for that?
→ no Icons are shown
