iHome Smartplug ISP5 binding? Please help

Hi, I’m brand new to OpenHab, and not a programmer. I was hoping to get setup quickly but it appears that there is no binding for the iHome Smartplug ISP5. I’m not sure what to do or how to proceed to create a new binding. Can anyone help? Thank you.

You can take it from there and write a binding or script it. I included example API calls.
