Ikea Tradfri adding / pairing

Hello,

I installed the Tradfri binding, added is as a thing with the security key but now i do not know how to add /pair a Tradfri bulb or a dimmer via Paperui? Do I first have to use the Tradfri App on my smartphone?

I do not find a clear descprition of the right process.

Hello,

you have to pair your devices with IKEA’s Smart Home App and then search in OpenHAB for new things using the tradfri binding.
