Thanks for the answer, I will post some of my Items, but keep in mind that if I uninstall the Imperihab add-on and install it back again without rebooting the Openhab, evereything starts working with the same item files.

Switch bt01 “Vai e Vem Central Estar” [“iss:type:DevSwitch”, “iss:room:Garagem”] {channel=“mysensors:light:gateway:md200:status”}

Thanks for all the input! I’ve spent some time and found a potential bug in Eclipse Smarthome related to Item updates and tag handling.

Just a FYI for anyone, Snapshot 2.4.0#1309 has fixed the issue (5803), at least it works fine for me now :slight_smile:
