Bluetooth is not involved at all right now, so please ignore anything about it, i don’t want to confuse people. Its only required when setting up thread devices for the first time (and some wifi devices if the vendor does not have a app for setting up, again only the first time). In 99% of of the time there is not Bluetooth involved and we don’t have any Bluetooth support yet in our mobile apps (where its actually needed, never in openHAB).
