Innogy binding: "API calls quota exceeded!"

My Innogy binding is offline. When I try to re-authenticate I get a message that the API calls quota is exceeded

“API calls quota exceeded! maximum admitted 100 per Minute.”

I’m running openHAB 2.5.3 Release Build
Anyobyd else with the same issue? Any solutions?

The link to request the API id has changed. Now it is:

https://auth.services-smarthome.de/AUTH

Same topic. The new link is also not working. Any further ideas?

Same for me, bridge is offline because of “API calls quota exceeded! maximum admitted 100 per Minute.”

Obtain new Token for OpenHab from here:

Same for me since I updated the Smart Home Controller (1st generation) to firmware version 1.913-3.0.983.0 on June 30. I’m on OpenHAB 2.5.6-2 (raspian buster) since June 27.

Solution that helped for me: Obtain a new Token from the link at the end of this web site: https://www.openhab.org/addons/bindings/innogysmarthome/

Hello together, I encounter the same issue having 4 different SHCs from innogy (1st and 2nd Generation). Using the link from PaperUI I immediate get the “API calls quota exceeded” message. Using the link from the binding on the openHAB web site mentioned by betahydri I am able to logon as usual and get an Authcode, however openHAB does not accept it and the things stay in “Status: OFFLINE - CONFIGURATION_ERROR Cannot connect to innogy SmartHome service. Please set auth-code!” I was on 2.5.0 when the error occurred, now I updated to 2.5.2 (Synology package) but the problem did not disappear.

Did you succeed with the generated Authcode?

I had to to this several times (not only once) before the connection finally got established! Thanks for your advice!

When I use the link mentioned above I get a token but my log then shows

2020-07-05 23:28:15.930 [ERROR] [oauth2client.internal.OAuthConnector] - grant type authorization_code to URL https://api.services-smarthome.de/AUTH/token failed with HTTP response code 429

Any suggestions?

what I missed, was to update the innogy Binding to the newest version, since the innogy Guys changed the URL form “…api…” to “…auth…” which lead to the situation. Doing this, I was able to get and apply the authcodes again and everything is running again.

URL https://api.

Since your URL requests from https://api.services… instead of auth.services… you are probably missing an update. My innogy Smarthome Binding is version 2.5.6. Check Paper UI, Add-ons, Bindings.

2.5.3…time to update

Updated AND changed the URL as stated above.
