if that requires to be included in an image or if that is downloaded by using clonebranch=openHAB3 in the openhabian config file I do not exaclty get. But as Markus wrote try it I expect that exactly that change is downloaded from git during runtime.
Now, the first intialisiation of the image openhabian-pi-raspios32-202212201337-gitb2e396e-crc9e18ad69.img.xz updates acutally only to version 3.4.5.
I will check if I can restore my backup from 3.4.4.

Restoring a backup from version 3.4.4 works in 3.4.5.
