it’s stuck there ?
I would follow the debug guide https://www.openhab.org/docs/installation/openhabian-debug.html#create-a-debug-log and create verbose debug output. This should help to identify the step where it is stuck.

The installation process of frontail needs at least 3-5 minutes. Just for information in case you aborted too early.
