I am looking to integrate my alarm.com system with openHAB… Is there a way to do this, or is alarm.com too proprietary? Thank you!

Do they provide an API?
I’ve asked my installer if he can check. A quick Google search reveals that they did not but the post is 7 years old so I don’t know. Thanks for the input.
Alarm.com is an Alarm as a Service cloud offering that ties several brands of alarm system to a cloud driven control platform that is available on phones, tablets, and PC’s. ADC drives a huge portion of the alarm market in North america and most certainly do have API’s. That said, I’d prefer looking into connecting direct to the panel rather than ADC because ADC requires internet to function. I’ll post any findings I come up with. BTW, I’m an ADC dealer.
