After upgrading from openHAB 2.2.0 (with IRtrans binding 1.11) to openHAB 2.3.0 (with IRtrans binding 2.3.0), my USB IRtrans device does not work in openHAB. TCP binding is enabled.
The IRtrans server service is running locally on the same machine as openHAB. I tried localhost and 192.168.x.x in the settings. When the binding is activated, the bridge Thing goes online in open HAB but the IRtrans server becomes unresponsive and no longer reports IR commands received in the ‘Detected IR command’ logging window of IRTrans software.
I tried to use Lirc binding to replace IRtrans binding but I am stuck because missing this feature:

Only solution I could find is to rollback to 2.2.0 until that bug is fixed.
Is there a way to run IRtrans 1.11 binding with openHAB 2.3.0? Any change the issue get fixed?
