Is it possible to setup an old KNX IP router with KNX secure?

I’m trying to integrate our old ABB IP-Router IPR/S2.1 of which is set as ROUTER.
Everything works fine on most of our KNX device except that I can’t send GA values to KNX secure devices.

So far the keyring and password has been set but stil no success on sending the GA Values.

Now I’m figuring out whether you should need a KNX SECURE compatible router or a normal router is also possible to work(if the latter is possible, great, but can you share the setting I might need to set)

All devices which are involved in the communication have to support knx secure, so no, you can’t use knx secure with an old (non-secure) knx router.
