I have installed OH2 after getting Zulu installed successfully. Next step was to connect to localhost:8080. When I try that, I get the following error. Help please. Thanks

This site can’t be reached
localhost refused to connect.
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Windows firewall? Maybe add java/openhab executable at a firewall exception.

Windows Firewall is off.

For private and public networks? And network is set to private? I’m sure the fall creator update changed it back to public if it was changed
