I have a JeeLink http://jeelabs.net/projects/hardware/wiki/JeeLink.

Which binding can I use in openHab 1.8.1?

The RFXCOM binding might work. If not you will probably need to use the Serial Binding or write your own binding.

The RFXCOM Binding description says, its works with 433 Mhz. I need 868 MHz for FS20 KSE binding. Any suggestion?

There is an FS20 binding.

The description says, it is for a CUL (CC1101), i need JeeLink (RF12B). Maybe it runs? I do not think that it is running.
