Trying to install openhabian on a intel nuc running ubuntu server I get this error in regards to jq (JSON)

Its a fresh install of both linux and openhabian. openhabian seems to be running fine, but gives out occational errors of this type.

Where’s this one coming from? the openhab.log seems fine.
What did you already change in the configuration of openHAB?

thanks for replying, and sorry if im unclear. Not that much linux experience so I must say i feel im on a bit steep learning curve. This error seems to appear whenever jq tries to compile something. ive attached an example.

ok. I’ve never seen this one… Why do you need the “jq” package?

it was installed with openhab. It is JSON. It started giving me theese errors when i ran trugh the steps in “openhabian-config” script.
I think this problem is with the “\xffffffff” filelds, seems like they should be filles with information. I cant seem to find any info on thios online either.
Oh, well. Maybe I’ll start over with a fresh install of ubuntu server

If you don’t have done anything in the config yet, that would be the best way to go, I guess.
