.kar file extraction

All,
I’m trying to install a SNAPSHOT binding in my stable installation. I found the information in the FAQ as to how to go about doing that. I downloaded the kar file but the instructions say to extract it and copy the .jar file of the binding you want to you want to use into the addons file.

How do you extract the kar file? What program do I use to accomplish that? I don’t want all of the addons to be added to my installation, just the Network binding from the SNAPSHOT build.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt

It’s just a zip file with a different extension so unzip or your zip archive program of choice should work just fine.

Why not downloading it directly?

I swear I looked over the site to find that option and didn’t see it. Thanks for pointing it out!

Thanks! I’ll just extract it.
