My setup:

  • Windows 10
  • openjdk version “17.0.10” 2024-01-16 LTS
  • OpenJDK Runtime Environment Zulu17.48+15-CA (build 17.0.10+7-LTS)
  • OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM Zulu17.48+15-CA (build 17.0.10+7-LTS, mixed mode, sharing)
  • openHAB 4.2.0, Build #4122

Dear all

after many years being on OH 2.x I recently switched to OH 4.2.0.

Basically everything works fine - guys, you are doing a great job…really impressive - thanks for alle the effort that you spent here.

One thing remains (more confusing than really being a problem): in my log files I see continuously these entries:

After checking the forum, the best advise I could find was “just wait, this will disappear”. Well, I’m waiting for several weeks but as you can see my log still gets spammed with these entries. I guess there is still an invalid configuration and would like to ask you for all for advise how/where to investigate. If required I can provide more information about my configuration but currently don’t know what is required.

Most likely you have setup some GA (Group Address) to be read which can’t.
Please check every GA configuration for the < sign. This is only allowed for GA where exactly one CO (Communication Object) is set to be readable (R-Flag set, GA is first GA configured for the CO)
