KNX Router mode: frame length 0 error for every KNX telegram

I’m using the KNX Binding and have my KNX bridge configured in router mode. It works as expected, but since some days I receive an error message for every KNX telegram that is sent to the bus:

2019-02-14 18:52:24.207 [WARN ] [p.KNXnet/IP Routing 224.0.23.12:3671] - received frame length 0 for KNXnet/IP 1.0, routing.ind (0x530), header size 6 total 19 - ignored

The binding configurations looks as follows:

Bridge knx:ip:bridge [
    ipAddress="224.0.23.12",
    localIp="192.168.178.90",
    type="ROUTER",
    readingPause=50,
    responseTimeout=10,
    readRetriesLimit=3,
    autoReconnectPeriod=5,
    localSourceAddr="1.0.252"
] {}

I also receive this error, when I delete all KNX related things and items.
Google doesn’t give me any hint what could cause such an error message.
Any hint appreciated!

Thanks,
Jonas

Locale source Add???

Why the {} brackets in the things file if no Things are added?

What do you mean?

Currently removed for testing. Doesn’t matter - error appears with and without Things added.

Where does "1.0.252" come from?

Defined by me.
The KNX binding docs say:

localSourceAddr - The (virtual) individual address for identification of this KNX/IP gateway within the KNX bus

Without it defaults to 0.0.0 - but doesn’t change anything for the error message.

Doc’s also mention it’s not required, maybe try without using a local source add.

Do you get additional information when setting the log level to DEBUG?

Already tried without - no change.

That’s the log with log level DEBUG:
