Kodi 19 (Matrix) - anyone using it? What about OH Kodi binding? [SOLVED]

Hi all,
As you might know, Kodi 19 is out! And it has some breaking changes, moved from Python 2.7 to Python 3. So it broke ALL kodi addons that have not been rewritten to Python3.
I’m guessing it will be the same with our Kodi OH binding? No way it will work or?
Anyone tried it or using it?

I am a bit hesitant to upgrade as I rely heavily on kodi - openhab -mycroft ai integration. Also there is no working kodi19 skill for mycroft at the moment.
I think i will have to give it like a year to upgrade and integrate into everything…
LibreELEC folks actually recommend clean install, no upgrade…

I haven’t noticed any issues with latest Kodi 19 and openHAB 3.1.

Just a quick add, the kodi addon works great with kodi 19 and OH3.2.0M1 as well.
Just as it always has :slight_smile:

i also took the plunge and upgraded my LibreELEC to latest, everything works great!
