LAN Android notification

I’m running the current openhabian on an Raspberry Pi 3 and would like to know, if there is any way to notficate my android phone via LAN. I don’t like to use cloud services.

My arduino sensors communicate with openhab via MQTT, so I could use this (does anyone know a good app to receive notifications?), if there is no better way.

im thinking via tasker app on android, it would need some experiments

I am looking at Signal for that. Works across the Internet securely and I have command line tool that drives it. Was a bit of a fiddle to set up.
