Hello,
I made some effort and developed a binding for those cheap LD382 (“UFO LED”) controllers.
It supports basic operation, no fancy dimmers etc.
Feel free to test and post your feedback.
FTR: It seems that the same is currently done for openHAB 2, so maybe it better to join forces on that one? See https://github.com/openhab/openhab2/issues/496
