Manual Copy of Add On JAr (broadlink) Openhabian v1.5 release 2.5.5 running on RPI4 4GB Ram

  • Platform information:

    • Hardware: RP4 4 GB
    • OS: openhabian v1.5 release 2.5.5 (raspbian buster)
  • Issue of the topic: All running great but I have a custom addon file to copy (broadlink jar file) so I can use it. On my previous version on RPI3 release (openhabian 2.5) there is a dedicated folder for that uder /usr/share/openhab2/addons) and it works fine.

On this release dedicated for RPI4, where can I find the custom addons folder? Also, if I SMB the openhab server, I get to see only the following network folders and I can’t paste on root but only inside these folders:

  • openHAB-conf
  • OpenHAB-logs
  • openHAB-userdata

Please advise.

uncomment in /etc/samba/smb.conf and restart Samba
