Marketplace listings for non-binding addons

Currently, the Eclipse IoT Marketplace doesn’t allow listings for addons unless they are bindings (maybe with the exception of UI addons)? I noticed that the PollyTTS addon is currently listed as a binding, I suspect for this reason:

So for the moment, I listed this new Human Language Interpreter as a binding as well:

That way it can be installed via the Paper UI, which seems to work fine. But it feels wrong to be listing it as a binding; it should be showing up under the Voice tab instead (and perhaps the same goes for PollyTTS).

Is it possible to update the Eclipse IoT Marketplace setup to address this?
