Max requests per destination

getting max requests error for video feed. encoding for feed is mjpeg set to refresh every 1 second.

java.util.concurrent.RejectedExecutionException: Max requests per destination 1024 exceeded for HttpDestination[http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8000]59f28c11,queue=1024,pool=ConnectionPool[c=64/64,a=64,i=0]

any way to change this in site configuration?
