MCP23-17 binding does not work on OpenHab 2.2 / Openhabian 1.4

After upgrade to Openhabian 1.4 (OH 2.2) on my RaspberryPi2 OpenHabian does not work. Problem is probably related with MCP23017 binding. Have you got OH 2.2 with runing MCP23017 binding?
If yes what should be done?

After upgrade from OpenHabian 1.3 to 1.4 OpenHab does not start - MCP23017

Platform information: Hardware: RaspberryPi 2 Bindings: MCP23017, Z-Wave, Xiaomi After upgrade to Openhabian 1.4, openhabian does not starts. In log there is only one message. Problem is probably related with MCP23017 binding, but binding jar is the same directory as before.
