MCP23017 binding with MQTT

Have anyone tried to used the MCP23017 binding with mqtt?

Not sure I am understanding your question. You may need to explain a little more what you are trying to achieve before you will get many reactions. But in short, MCP23017 and MQTT are accessed/used each through their respective bindings and you cannot daisy chain bindings.
