Migration from Openhab1.6.1 to Openhab2

Hello,

I would like to migrate my setup (openhab1.6.1) to OpenHAB2.
I’ve following questions:

  1. Actually I’m using following bindings:
    a) MQTT
    b) MySQL persistent
    Are those available on OpenHAB2?

  2. Is the actual configuration (simple straigt forward) compatible or do I need to rewrite all?

  3. Can I migrate the old persistent data hold into MySQL to the new OpenHAB2? Is it in case migrated automatically?

  4. Does the actual iPhone app work with OpenHAB2 as well?

I’m running OpenHAB on an ARM device.

You will find all v2 addons and the compatibility table here:

Yes, it should (and was for me). But the item definition for addons v2 is a bit different, because you can do that now via PaperUI.

Then, I’m searching a step-by-step documentation to start with openHAB2, but cannot find it. Ideas where to look for?
